Makeover Portrait Photography

The most popular of all portrait styles, the makeover portrait, has been a little mistreated in its time. Many high-street studios have attempted to streamline the makeover session into a slick conveyor-belt process, but in the process have abandoned the individuality of each sitter which is the very key to a good makeover portrait.

The idea behind a good makeover portrait, in my mind anyway, is to show you at your very best. Hair, makeup, lighting, photography all work to enhance your natural beauty, not make you look like someone else. It is an opportunity to be pampered & treated, with a beautiful image of you at your finest being your souvenir at the end. We don't use props or standard set-ups, nor do we make you look like every other makeover portrait we've ever taken. Our emphasis is always on crafting a unique image, unlike anything other, that highlights your unique qualities and beauty.
