About Us
Since discovering an interest in photography at the age of 12 our principal photographer
Andrew Ramsay has continued to develop his skills, studying the art of photography
and investing in the very latest photographic & lighting equipment, to ensure that
he can provide the highest quality of service and the finest results. Following
in his grandfather’s footsteps, Andrew began to learn about photography by shooting
film on a camera he inherited, discovering both the technical and the artistic skills
needed to create great photos.
In the years that followed, Andrew came to appreciate the importance of photography
as a way of preserving memories of family and friends, and his passion continued
to grow until he formed Developing Perceptions Photography so he could give his
clients the gift of memories that they could treasure. It is this passion that drives
our company and is embodied in our name. Developing Perceptions are committed to
helping people to see more beauty and happiness in everything, from weddings and
parties to family portraits, we make unique images of beautiful lives.
